Turn plain paper into PARTY TIME with a little decorative washi tape.

This month's DCC craft designer blog hop is all about parties! Over the last year our design studio, Cherished Solutions, llc  has been working to design fun washi tape designs. We have designed everything from the sports washi tape you see here to the all the company packaging as well. I have been working on so many washi tape crafts which I hope to share with you on this blog.

For this project, simply head to the nearest store and pick out paper cups, plates, and napkins that fit the theme of your party. Next, find some decorative washi tape that you would like to use for the themed accents (you can check out the awesome tape I'm using here from HiArt). For the cupcake flags, you can use anything from bamboo skewers, toothpicks or even lollipop sticks found in the baking section.

Simply wrap the washi tape around each item to create the look you desire.
