Stefanie Girard, Craft Marketing Specialist for Quayside Publishing Group, is the writer and producer of the publisher’s blog — Craftside.typepad.com. She is the Recycled Crafts Editor at CraftGossip.com, in addition to writing her own blog, SweaterSurgery.blogspot.com, which takes its name from her book, Sweater Surgery, published by Quarry in 2008. In addition to writing and designing for all aspects of Internet Marketing, Ms. Girard has designed hundreds of specialty projects for craft manufacturers and produced how-to TV shows for both HGTV and DIY Networks
Katie Hacker
Katie Hacker has written more than 20 books about beading and crafts which have sold nearly a million copies. She is the host of the public television show Beads, Baubles & Jewels and is a columnist for Beadwork magazine. Claudine Hellmuth is a nationally recognized collage artist, author and illustrator. She combines photos, paint, paper and pen into quirky, whimsical-retro collages that she calls Poppets®
Her artworks have been featured on The Martha Stewart Show, in Mary Engelbreit’s Home Companion magazine, The New York Times, on HGTV’s “I Want That!” and on the DIY Network’s program, “Craft Lab.”
In addition to creating her artwork full-time, Claudine has developed a product line with Ranger Inc. under the brand name of “Claudine Hellmuth Studio”, teaches collage workshops in the US & Canada, and she has written 3 books and 3 DVDs about her techniques.

Pattie Wilkinson
For more than 20 years Pattie – or “Pattiewack” as her friends call her – has been doing what she loves and eagerly shares her creative process with fans in her online videos and blog at PattieWack.com. Her media adventures include appearances in a video series for Today’s Creative Home Arts club, the New York Daily News and Santa Paula Times, and TV Networks such as Lifetime, CBS, PBS, FOX, DIY, HSN, TNN and QVC.
You’ll find Pattie at the iLoveToCreate™ CHA booth demonstrating the latest in crafting, and at the SuperShow Craft Academy from 6-6:30 p.m. on Friday, July 30 and from 3-3:30 p.m. on Saturday, July 31, where she’ll be urging her crafty fans to “Have fun with it!”
